TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Drip.ng (the “Platform”), including all related services, features, content, and applications operated by Drip.ng (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Drip.ng, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.


1. ELIGIBILITY

To use Drip.ng, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration or checkout

We reserve the right to refuse access to any user who violates these requirements.


2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

When creating an account on Drip.ng, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use.


3. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

All products listed on Drip.ng are subject to:

  • Product description accuracy based on vendor submissions or platform listings

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities per customer
  • Remove or update product listings at any time

Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability until payment is successfully verified.


4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments via approved payment gateways including:

  • Bank transfer
  • Debit cards
  • Other integrated payment methods

You agree that:

  • Payment must be completed before order processing
  • Failed or reversed payments may result in order cancellation
  • You are responsible for any applicable bank or transaction charges


5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on:

  • Location
  • Courier availability
  • Product type and stock status

Drip.ng is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the delivery service.


6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Generally:

  • Items must be returned within the specified return window
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Some items may be non-refundable (e.g., digital goods, clearance items)

Refunds, when approved, may take 3–10 business days depending on your payment provider.


7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality
  • Post false, misleading, or harmful information
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems

Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Drip.ng, including:

  • Logos
  • Product listings
  • Graphics
  • Website design
  • Text and media

are owned by or licensed to Drip.ng and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.


9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Drip.ng may integrate third-party services such as:

  • Payment processors
  • Delivery/logistics providers
  • Analytics tools

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or failures of third-party providers.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Drip.ng shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Product use is at the customer’s own risk

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.


11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice
  • Restrict access to the Platform for violations of these Terms
  • Remove content or listings deemed inappropriate or fraudulent


12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.

Continued use of Drip.ng after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
