Returns & Exchanges

At Drip.ng, all sales are final for change-of-mind, fit, or color preference reasons to keep our prices low and operations efficient.

We DO Accept Returns For (Within 3 Days of Delivery):

• Defective or damaged items
• Wrong item shipped
• Items not as described

We Do NOT Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size/color chosen (please use our size guides and photos)
• Items on sale, clearance, or marked "Final Sale"

Process for Eligible Returns:

1. Contact support@drip.ng with your order number, photos of the issue, and proof of delivery.
2. If approved, we'll provide return instructions (customer covers return shipping unless we're at fault).
3. Upon inspection, we'll issue a refund (minus original shipping) or replacement.

This policy complies with Nigerian consumer laws (FCCPA 2018) and helps us focus on delivering fresh drip at great prices.
